静岡県磐田市で自動車部品などに使用されるコイルばねを製造する「遠州スプリング」との協働プロジェクト。「気持ちが弾む、人に作用するバネ」をコンセプトに、日用品としてのコイルばねの可能性を探求。
らせん／輪郭／伸縮／金属／部品／など、バネにまつわる要素を分解・抽出し、それらを日用品としての機能に置き換えながらデザインに取組んだ。

A collaborative project with Enshu Spring, a coil spring manufacturer based in Iwata City, Shizuoka Prefecture, producing springs for automotive components and other industrial applications.
Guided by the concept of “a spring that lifts the spirit and resonates with people,” the project explores the potential of the coil spring as an everyday object.
By deconstructing and extracting key elements associated with springs—such as spiral form, contour, elasticity, metal, and mechanical parts—we translated these characteristics into functional qualities for daily products, reinterpreting them through design.
